Disney Color and Play App Reviews

I bought a few coloring books and although they worked and were cool this app only allows you to view each picture once before looking to get more money. It just wasnt worth it.

This app advertises its FREE app on the front of their coloring books but in order to use it its an ADDITIONAL $3.99 on top of the coloring book. It tells you there are additional fees on the app. I assumed was for additional items since they advertise on the coloring book to download their FREE 3D app to use w/ the book...then you find out you cant do anything w/ out paying $3.99 or $19.99 for all of them. Really Disney??!!?? No thanks!

Cannot find Dory on the latest version of this app even though it shows a picture of Dory on the download page. Paid $$ for coloring books which tout the app yet the subject of the coloring book isnt even available. My 5 year old is very disappointed. App is also slow.

Epic fail in terms of ease of use and even having a link to take a picture of what my daughter colored in the coloring book for Finding Dory...frankly I have yet to find a Disney coloring book app that works...this will be the last time we spend the money...wish I could get a refund. Dont waste your money...

This is fun to see your colored pics come to life. Im not sure if the people who have given it bad reviews realize it only works for the pictures with stars. Theres in app purchases you can make for other coloring pages. However, your store purchased coloring books pics that come to life are FREE:)

This is terrible, I bought the $19.99 value pack and the app keeps wanting me to push the button to start, then the parent numbers and then select the coloring book to down load? Out the money and my grandchildren dont get to play, I expect better from a Disney product, especially since you have to pay for every bit!

This app is a waste! We received the color and play coloring book as a gift. My daughter was so excited to use it. The app wont even bring up the camera so we can scan the picture. Then I find out you have to pay to use this feature anyway, unless you have the Mickey book. Disney must be hard up for $$

I waited over a half hour for this to download on my brand new IPhone6 and it wasnt even half way finished how these other people got the app to download is beyond me but thats ridiculous. Deleted before I could play pathetic.

Locks up. Not usable. Frustrating, along with managing disappointing kids.....yeah, sign me up for the pain, thats awesome Disney.

Bought the Disney color and play coloring book from Inside Out. The app actually forces you to pay for accessing the pages! It advertises free - which is another of Disney lies! Walt would turn over in his grave to see what they did to his dream. Merry Christmas Disney!

App is not easily used. Cant get the scan to life to work. When it does work, it takes forever. Please fix! Have 2 coloring books that we would like to use this app with.

I downloaded this app 3 times and it would NEVER scan the pages. Such a disappointment when you have bought the special overpriced book from Disney with your 3 yr old granddaughter. She was so excited and then so disappointed. I was frustrated. Dont bother.

We bought the coloring book and the app just takes a picture and places it in my photo gallery! I can do that with any of her coloring masterpieces, why would I use a fuzzy app that is hard to focus? Such a waste of time and huge disappointment for my 4 year old!

This app is useless. My daughter was all excited to color a picture and scan it and the app doesnt work. It constantly freezes. Doesnt scan the photo. Why make a product and advertise it as so when you arent getting what was advertised? Dont create an app for something that doesnt even work just to sell your product. Try telling a 4 year old that the companies tech people messed up and broke the app.

This has been a great app for preschoolers! I dont understand the negative reviews. My little ones play with this all the time and have experienced no problems. Must be their devices because the program works well for hours of fun!

I bought the Mickey version about a year ago before I ever knew coloring books were supposed to go along with this. I bought a book yesterday at the dollar store for Inside Out (they charge $5-6 in other stores!) and was very angry to learn that you had to pay an additional $4 just to use it. Needless to say this will be deleted.
