Purchase disappeared

We purchased Minnies playroom and have had it for a while and out of nowhere it disappeared and it is trying to make us repurchase it. I have tried contacting them and app support is not working and I cant connect to anybody. Also have had issues with the color and play pages coming to life. They only work every once and a while.
